Hymenoplasty is a minor surgical procedure that reconstructs the hymen, performed with complete respect for each patient’s privacy and personal reasons.
The Procedure
Under local anaesthesia, approximately 30–45 minutes. Remaining hymenal tissue is carefully sutured to reconstruct the structure. Dissolvable sutures, no visible scarring.
Recovery
Avoid strenuous activity and sexual intercourse for 4–6 weeks.
